From the entrance of the Ephesus archaeological site, head straight towards the main road (Cevat Şakir Street). Once you reach the main road, turn left and continue walking for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with the D550 highway. At this intersection, cross the street carefully and head towards the bus stop on the opposite side, labeled 'Ephesus.'
