Walking
If you are in the Selçuk area, head towards the town center. From the Selçuk Castle, walk down the main road towards Atatürk Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with St. Jean Street. Turn left onto St. Jean Street and follow it for about 1 km. The Basilica of Saint John will be on your right side. Look for the large ruins and the entrance sign.

From the Selçuk bus station, take a minibus (dolmuş) heading towards the Ephesus archaeological site. The ride should take about 10 minutes. Get off at the stop for the Basilica of Saint John. Once you disembark, walk a short distance along St. Jean Street, and you will see the entrance to the Basilica on your left.
