If you're near Taksim Square, take the funicular down to Kabataş. From Kabataş, catch the tram (T1 line) in the direction of Bağcılar. Get off at Gülhane stop. Once you exit the tram, walk straight into Gülhane Park. The Ahmet Hamdi Tanpınar Edebiyat Müze Kütüphanesi is located inside the park, near the Alay Pavilion.

If you are in Sultanahmet, you can walk to the museum. Head towards the Hippodrome and walk towards Gülhane Park. Enter the park and walk straight until you reach the Alay Pavilion area. The museum is located inside the Gülhane Park, near the pavilion.
