To reach Büyükada, start by making your way to the Kabataş Ferry Terminal. You can take the Tram T1 line towards Bağcılar, and get off at the Kabataş stop. From there, look for the signs directing you to the ferry docks. Purchase your ticket for the ferry to Adalar, which usually departs at regular intervals. Once on board, enjoy the scenic 45-minute ride across the Sea of Marmara until you arrive at Büyükada.

If you are near Taksim Square, take the funicular down to Kabataş. From Kabataş, follow the steps mentioned above to catch the ferry to Büyükada. Alternatively, you can take a bus or metro to Eminönü, which is another terminal for ferries to the islands. From Eminönü, find the ferry to Adalar and enjoy the ride to Büyükada.

For a more direct and possibly quicker route, you can opt for a taxi boat. Head to the Eminönü docks where you can find taxi boats available for hire. Make sure to agree on a price before setting off. The taxi boat will take you directly to Büyükada, bypassing the ferry schedule.
