Getting There

  • Public Transportation - Tram

    If you are starting your journey at the Sultanahmet area, walk to the Sultanahmet Tram Station. Take the T1 tram line towards Kabataş. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the Karaköy Tram Station. From there, walk towards the Galata Tower, which is about a 10-minute walk. Head north on Necatibey Street, then turn right onto Galata Kulesi Street; the tower will be on your left.

  • Public Transportation - Metro

    If you are near Taksim Square, find the Taksim Metro Station and take the M2 line towards Yenikapı. Get off at Şişhane Station. From there, exit the station and walk straight on Şişhane Street. Continue until you reach the intersection with Galata Kulesi Street. Turn left, and you will find Galata Tower just a short walk ahead.
