If you are starting from Taksim Square, walk to the Taksim Metro Station and take the M2 metro line towards Yenikapı. After 5 stops, get off at Vezneciler Station. From Vezneciler, walk towards the main road and look for the bus stop for the 28 or 38 buses. Take either of these buses and get off at the 'Yeni Cami' stop. From there, walk down the street towards Yeni Cami Cd. You will see the Hatice Turhan Valide Sultan Türbesi on your right, located at Yeni Cami Cd. No:1.

If you are staying in the Sultanahmet area, you can easily walk to the Hatice Turhan Valide Sultan Türbesi. Start from the Sultanahmet Square and head towards the Blue Mosque. Once you are at the mosque, walk towards the tram station and cross the road. Continue straight until you reach the Yeni Cami (New Mosque). The Türbe is located adjacent to the mosque at Yeni Cami Cd. No:1.

From the Sultanahmet tram station, take the T1 tram line towards Bağcılar. After 3 stops, get off at Eminönü Station. Once you exit the tram, walk towards Yeni Cami (New Mosque) which is directly in front of you. The Hatice Turhan Valide Sultan Türbesi is located on Yeni Cami Cd. No:1, immediately next to the mosque.
