Public Transport

If you are staying in the Sultanahmet area, start by walking to the Sultanahmet Tram Station. Take the T1 Tram Line towards Kabataş. Get off at the Eminönü stop (approximately 5 minutes). From Eminönü, transfer to the Eyüp cable car station located just a short walk away. Ride the cable car up to Eyüp (about 5 minutes). Once you arrive at Eyüp, exit the cable car and walk towards the Eyüp Sultan Mosque. From there, head north along the street until you reach Hacı Hüsrev Park İçi Yolu. The Hazreti Kaab Mosque is located at Defterdar, 10, Hacı Hüsrev Park İçi Yolu, which is a short walk from the park.
Public Bus

Starting from Taksim Square, walk to the Taksim bus station. Board the bus number 54HT or 55 to Eyüp. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Eyüp, head towards the Eyüp Sultan Mosque. Walk north on the main road, and then take a left onto Hacı Hüsrev Park İçi Yolu. The Hazreti Kaab Mosque will be on your right at Defterdar, 10.

If you are near the Eyüp Sultan Mosque, simply exit the mosque area and head towards Hacı Hüsrev Park İçi Yolu, which is directly accessible from the mosque's grounds.
