Getting There

• Public Transport - Metro

  To reach Pierre Loti Hill, start at any metro station and take the M2 line towards Haciosman. Get off at Şişli-Mecidiyeköy station. From there, transfer to the M7 line towards Mahmutbey and get off at the 8th stop, Eyüp. Once you exit the station, follow the signs towards Eyüp Sultan Mosque, which is a short walk away. From the mosque, you can either walk or take a taxi to reach the foot of Pierre Loti Hill.

• Public Transport - Tram

  If you are near the tram line, take the T1 tram towards Bağcılar and get off at the Karaköy stop. From Karaköy, you can take the Eyüp Pier ferry or a bus to Eyüp. Once in Eyüp, walk to the Eyüp Sultan Mosque, and from there, it’s a short distance to Pierre Loti Hill via a gentle uphill walk.

• Walking

  If you are in the Eyüp area, you can walk to Pierre Loti Hill. Start at Eyüp Sultan Mosque, which is a landmark in the area. From the mosque, head north on İdris Köşkü Cd. Follow the road as it gradually ascends, and you will arrive at Pierre Loti Hill in about 15-20 minutes of walking.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can easily find a taxi in Istanbul. Just tell the driver 'Pierre Loti Tepesi' or give the address: 'Merkez, İdris Köşkü Cd., 34050 Eyüpsultan/İstanbul'. Taxis are a convenient option, especially if you are traveling with luggage or in a group.
