Start from Taksim Square and take the Taksim Metro Line (M2) towards Yenikapı. Get off at the 5th stop, which is 'Levent'. From Levent Metro Station, exit and walk to the bus stop located on Büyükdere Caddesi. Take bus 25 or 25A towards Rumeli Feneri. The journey will take approximately 40 minutes. Make sure to ask the driver to let you know when you reach Rumeli Feneri, as it's a common stop.

From there, take bus 25 or 25A towards Rumeli Feneri. The total travel time, including the ferry, is about 1.5 hours.
