If you are driving to the Istanbul Sapphire observation deck, enter the address 'Emniyet Evleri, Eski Büyükdere Cd. No:1, 34415 Kâğıthane/İstanbul' into your GPS. From the center of Istanbul, head north on the D-100 highway towards Kağıthane. Follow the signs for Kağıthane and take the exit for Maslak. Turn onto Eski Büyükdere Caddesi, and you will see the Istanbul Sapphire tower on your left. Parking may be available nearby, but prepare for possible fees.

To reach the Istanbul Sapphire observation deck using public transport, first take the Metro Line M2 (Green Line) to the Levent station. From Levent, exit the metro and take the 4. Levent bus (29A, 29D, etc.) or use a taxi for a short ride to the observation deck. The bus ride should take approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to have an Istanbulkart for bus fare, which costs around 15 TL for a single journey.
