Getting There

  • Public Transport

    Start your journey at Taksim Square, a central hub in Istanbul. From Taksim, take the Funicular to Kabataş station. At Kabataş, transfer to the tram line T1 and head towards Bağcılar. Get off at the Eminönü stop. From Eminönü, walk to the Eminönü ferry terminal. Take a ferry to Sarıyer, which is the closest district to Rumelian Lighthouse. Once you arrive at Sarıyer, you can either walk or take a local minibus to Rumelifeneri. The lighthouse is located at Atatürk Cd. No:41, which is a short walk from the minibus stop.
