From Beşiktaş, walk to the nearest tram stop, which is usually at Kabataş. You can either walk (about 20 minutes) or take a bus (Bus 28 or 30) to Kabataş. Board the tram towards Bağcılar and get off at the 'Kabataş' stop. The Dolmabahçe Clock Tower is just a short walk from the tram stop. Exit the tram and head towards the Dolmabahçe Palace entrance; you will see the clock tower in the garden area.
