From the Spice Bazaar, head south on Rüstem Paşa Street (Rüstem Paşa Sokak) for about 200 meters. You will find Yeni Cami Meydanı, which is located at Çiçek Pazarı Sk. No:8.

If you are in the Galata area, you can walk towards the Golden Horn. Head east on Galata Bridge (Galata Köprüsü). Once you cross the bridge, continue straight to reach the Eminönü area. From Eminönü, walk towards the Spice Bazaar and then take Rüstem Paşa Street (Rüstem Paşa Sokak) heading south for about 200 meters. You will arrive at Yeni Cami Meydanı at Çiçek Pazarı Sk. No:8.
