From the center of Buca, head to the nearest bus stop. You can catch the bus number 142 or 112, which goes towards Dumlupınar. Make sure to have an Izmirim card, which you can purchase at kiosks or vending machines, for around 10 TL. The bus ride to Dumlupınar will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Dumlupınar stop, get off and walk towards Manavur Deresi, which is a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
Dolmuş (Shared Taxi)
Locate a dolmuş stop in Buca, generally found near main streets. Take a dolmuş heading to Dumlupınar. The fare is around 15 TL per person, and the journey typically lasts 10-15 minutes. Ask the driver to let you off at Manavur Deresi, and from there, it's a short walk to reach Kangölü.
Walking
If you are already in the vicinity of Dumlupınar, you can walk to Kangölü. From any central point in Buca, navigate towards Manavur Deresi. It’s about a 25-minute walk from the Buca municipality area. Follow the main roads and look for local signs directing you to Dumlupınar. Once you reach Manavur Deresi, Kangölü is easily accessible and should be visible.
