Car
From the main city of Rize, drive east on the D915 highway towards İkizdere. Approximately 25 km from Rize, take the exit towards İkizdere. Continue through the town until you reach the signs for Ilıcaköy. Follow the road signs leading to Ilıcaköy, which is about 12 km further. Once in Ilıcaköy, look for signs directing you to Çağrankaya Yaylası. The last stretch involves a narrow, winding dirt road for about 7 km. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for rough terrain. Parking is available near the entrance of the Yayla.

Take a bus from Rize to İkizdere. Buses run regularly throughout the day and the journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once in İkizdere, you may need to hire a local taxi or use ride-sharing services to reach Ilıcaköy, which is approximately 12 km away. From Ilıcaköy, you can either continue by taxi or take a local minibus (if available) towards Çağrankaya Yaylası. Be prepared for a bumpy ride on the last stretch of the journey as the road becomes a narrow dirt path.
