If you are driving, start your journey from the nearest major city, Rize. From Rize, take the D-925 road towards Hemşin. After approximately 30 kilometers, you will reach the town of Hemşin. Continue on the same road, which will lead you to the Kantarlı Köyü Yolu. Turn onto Kantarlı Köyü Yolu and follow the signs toward Gito Yaylası. The cici baba dağevi is located approximately 15 kilometers up this road. The drive can be steep and winding, so proceed cautiously. Parking is available near the dağevi.

To reach Gito Yaylası using public transportation, take a bus or minibus from Rize to Hemşin. Buses leave regularly from the main bus station in Rize. Once you arrive in Hemşin, you can take a local minibus or taxi to Kantarlı Köyü. Upon reaching Kantarlı Köyü, you will need to hike or arrange for a local driver to take you up Kantarlı Köyü Yolu to Gito Yaylası, which is about 15 kilometers from the village.
