If you are traveling by car, start from Çamlıhemşin, a central town in the Kaçkar Mountains region. Get on the D925 highway heading east towards Rize. After approximately 6 kilometers, take the exit towards Yukarışimşirli. Follow the signs towards Kaplıca. You will drive through scenic landscapes for about 10 kilometers. As you reach Kaplıca, look for signs pointing to Palakçur Yaylası. The final stretch to the yayla may involve a steep and winding road, so drive carefully. The total distance is around 18 kilometers from Çamlıhemşin to Palakçur Yaylası.

For those using public transportation, take a minibus (dolmuş) from Rize to Çamlıhemşin. The journey takes about 1.5 hours and costs approximately 30-40 Turkish Lira. Once you arrive in Çamlıhemşin, you will need to hire a taxi or check local services for a shared vehicle to Kaplıca.
