Parking is available near the waterfall entrance.

To reach TR Cloud River Waterfall by public transportation, take a minibus from Rize to Çamlıhemşin (approximately 1.5 hours). From Çamlıhemşin, you can board another minibus heading towards Kaplıca. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Tar Deresi, allowing for about a 20-minute ride. Once you arrive, there is a short hike to the waterfall from the drop-off point.
