Getting There

    If you're driving, start from the main highways leading into Istanbul. If you're coming from the Asian side, take the 15 July Martyrs Bridge (Bosphorus Bridge) to the European side. Once in the city, follow signs for Beyoğlu and Taksim. As you get closer, you'll see signs for Galata Bridge. Park your car in one of the nearby paid parking lots, such as 'Galata Tower Parking' or 'Karaköy Parking'. From there, it's a short walk to Galata Bridge.

  • Public Transportation - Metro

    If you're using public transport, take the M2 Metro line to 'Şişhane' station. Once you exit, walk towards İstiklal Avenue. From İstiklal, walk down towards the Galata Tower and continue to Karaköy. The bridge is about a 15-minute walk from there. Alternatively, you can take the funicular from 'Şişhane' down to 'Karaköy', which is much quicker.
