From Pamukkale's main entrance (the Travertine terraces), head east on the main road towards the town center. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the D585 highway. Cross carefully, as this road can be busy. Once you cross, turn left and walk along the D585 highway. Look out for signs indicating Laodicea Ancient City. After approximately 2 kilometers, you will see the entrance to Laodicea on your right. The total walk will take around 30-40 minutes.

From the Pamukkale center, locate the dolmuş (shared minibus) station. Take a dolmuş heading towards Denizli. Inform the driver that you want to stop at Laodicea Ancient City.
