From Trabzon city center, head to the Trabzon Bus Terminal (OTOGAR), which is located about 10 minutes away by foot from the main square (Şehir Merkezi). At the terminal, look for the buses heading to Maçka. These buses run frequently throughout the day, so you should not have to wait long. The journey to Maçka takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Maçka, ask the locals for directions to Altındere Valley National Park, which is approximately 10-15 minutes away by foot or you can catch a local dolmuş (shared minibus) heading towards the park.

Dolmuş (Shared Minibus)
After arriving in Maçka, you can take a dolmuş that goes directly to Altındere Valley National Park. The dolmuş station is usually near the bus stop where you arrived. Just look for a dolmuş labeled 'Altındere' or ask the driver if they go to the national park. The dolmuş ride will take about 15 minutes. Make sure to let the driver know your destination in advance.
