Getting There

• Public Bus

  From the center of Trabzon, head to the main bus station (Trabzon Otogarı). You can take the bus number 1 or 2, which frequently runs towards Boztepe. The fare is generally affordable. Inform the driver that you want to go to Boztepe Hill. The bus will take you close to the base of the hill. Once you arrive, get off at the 'Boztepe' stop.

• Walking

  After getting off the bus at the Boztepe stop, start walking uphill towards Boztepe Hill. The path is well-marked, and you will see signs directing you to the scenic viewpoint. The walk may take about 15-20 minutes, and the views along the way are quite beautiful. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes.

• Taxi

  Alternatively, if you prefer a quicker route, you can take a taxi from the center of Trabzon directly to Boztepe Hill. The taxi drivers are familiar with the location, and the ride should take around 10 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on a fare or ensure the meter is running.

• Cable Car (Teleferik)

  If available, you can also check for a cable car service that may take you up to Boztepe. Head towards the nearest cable car station in Trabzon, and purchase a ticket to Boztepe. The cable car offers stunning views of the city and the Black Sea during the ascent. After reaching the top, you can explore the scenic area.
