Public Bus
From Ortahisar, head to the nearest bus stop which is located on Atatürk Boulevard. Look for buses heading to Yalıncak. The bus number you need is 24. The fare is approximately 5-10 Turkish Lira. Once you board the bus, stay on for about 20 minutes. The bus will take you directly to Yalıncak where you will get off at the stop closest to Devlet Su İşleri.
