Walking
If you are starting from the center of Ashgabat, make your way to the intersection of 10th Anniversary of Independence Street and Archabil Highway. From there, head east on Archabil Highway. You will pass several government buildings and parks along the way. The Constitution Monument will be on your left side after about a 20-minute walk, just before the intersection with the Magtymguly Avenue.
Public Transport
You can take a public bus or minibus (marshrutka) heading towards the Archabil District. Board a bus that has a route number indicating it goes towards Archabil Highway. Once you reach the stop near the Constitution Monument (ask the driver to let you know when you are close), you can disembark. The monument is a short walk from the bus stop, located just a few meters down the road on your left.
