It's hard to miss due to its height and distinct architecture.

From the city center, you can take bus number 1 or 2. Board the bus at the Niyazov Street bus stop (near the Arch of Neutrality). Stay on the bus for about 5-7 stops, depending on traffic. Get off at the stop closest to the Monument of Neutrality. After disembarking, walk a short distance southeast along Bitaraplyk şaýoly until you reach the monument.
