    Getting There

    Walking

    If you are starting from the Turkmen State Museum of Fine Arts, head east on 10th Anniversary of Independence Avenue. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Arçabil şaýoly. Turn left onto Arçabil şaýoly and walk for about 500 meters. You will see the Independence Monument on your right.

    Walking

    From the Ashgabat Train Station, exit the station and head south on 10th Anniversary of Independence Avenue. Walk straight for approximately 2 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. Continue straight through the roundabout, and then take the first exit onto Arçabil şaýoly. The Independence Monument will be located a short walk ahead on your left side.

    Walking

    If you are at the Main Square (Garaşsyzlyk Square), start by walking northwest towards 10th Anniversary of Independence Avenue. Turn right onto this avenue and walk for about 1.2 kilometers. When you reach the intersection with Arçabil şaýoly, turn right. The Independence Monument will be on your right after about 500 meters.

    Public Transport

    From the Ashgabat Bus Station, take bus number 1 or 8 towards the city center. Disembark at the stop near the State Circus. From there, walk east along 10th Anniversary of Independence Avenue for about 1 kilometer, then turn left onto Arçabil şaýoly. The Independence Monument will be on your right side after a short distance.
