From here, you can catch a local minibus heading towards Merv.

    Take the minibus from the bus stop you reached after walking from Bayramaly. The fare is usually very cheap, around 1 TMT (Turkmen Manat). Inform the driver that you want to go to Merv, and they will drop you off close to the archaeological site. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Merv, look for signs directing you to Erk Kala, which is about a 1 km walk from the minibus drop-off point.

    After getting off the minibus in Merv, head northeast along the main road. You will see signs for Erk Kala. Follow the signs for about 1 km, and you will arrive at the archaeological site.
