From Turtle Cove Marina, head south on Turtle Cove Road. Continue for about 0.5 miles until you reach the junction with Leeward Highway. Turn left onto Leeward Highway and continue for approximately 2 miles. Look for the sign indicating the turnoff to Little Water Cay. Follow the signs to the parking area where you can leave your car.

From Turtle Cove Marina, walk to the nearest bus stop on Leeward Highway. Board any bus heading towards Leeward or North Caicos. Inform the driver that you are going to Little Water Cay. The bus will drop you off at the designated stop near the entrance. From there, you will need to walk to the boat launch area that leads to the island.
