Car
If you are driving, start from the nearest major town in Ankole, such as Mbarara. Head southeast on the B83 road towards Kiruhura. Continue on this road for approximately 30 kilometers. You will see signs directing you to Lake Mburo National Park. Once you reach the park entrance, follow the signs to Lake Mburo Safaris, which is located near the park's main gate. For those traveling by public transport, take a taxi or bus from Mbarara to Kiruhura. Buses frequently leave from the Mbarara bus terminal.
