If you are driving, start from Kampala and head east on the Jinja Road (A-4). After approximately 55 km, take the exit towards the B-5 road signposted for Iganga. Continue on the B-5 for about 25 km until you reach the turn-off for Kagulu, which is marked. Follow the signs towards Kagulu Rock, and you will arrive at the base of the rock.
