From Kampala, take the Kampala-Fort Portal Road (A109). Drive approximately 290 km west for about 4-5 hours, depending on traffic. Once you reach Fort Portal, follow the signs to Semuliki National Park. The park entrance is located about 30 km from Fort Portal, take the Bwamba Pass road which leads you directly to the park. Be prepared for some rough patches, so a vehicle with good clearance is recommended.

From Kampala, take a taxi to the Namayumba junction on the Kampala-Fort Portal Road. From there, you can catch a shared taxi or 'matatu' heading to Fort Portal. The ride will take approximately 4-5 hours. Once in Fort Portal, you can hire a Boda Boda (motorcycle taxi) to take you to the Semuliki National Park entrance, which is roughly 30 km away. Expect to pay around 10,000-15,000 UGX for the Boda Boda ride.
