If you are traveling by car, make your way to Kapsinda. From the center of Mbale, head northwest on the A109 road towards Kapsinda. After approximately 30 kilometers, you will reach Kapsinda. Public Transportation
To reach Rock Climbing Chebonet using public transportation, start by taking a matatu (shared taxi) from Mbale to Kapsinda. Matatus leave frequently from the main taxi park in Mbale. The fare is approximately 5,000 UGX. Once you arrive in Kapsinda, you can either walk to the climbing site (about a 20-minute walk) or hire a local boda boda (motorcycle taxi) for about 3,000 UGX to take you directly to the site.
