    If you are near Entebbe town center, you can rent a bicycle and head towards the main road leading to Kampala. Cycle along the Entebbe-Kampala road until you reach the turnoff for Lubiri Ring Rd. Once you reach Lubiri Ring Rd, continue straight, and you will find the Buganda Heritage and Tourism Board on your left.

    From Entebbe town center, walk towards the Entebbe-Kampala main road. Head north on the main road and look for a minibus (matatu) heading to Kampala. Get on the minibus and tell the conductor that you want to stop at Lubiri Ring Rd. Once you arrive at Lubiri Ring Rd, walk along the road until you see the Buganda Heritage and Tourism Board on your left.
