Walking
From the center of Jinja, head north on Main Street towards the Nile River. Continue walking until you reach the roundabout at the intersection with the Jinja - Kampala highway (A-109). At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the Jinja - Kampala highway. Walk along the highway for about 1.5 kilometers until you see signs for Bujagali. Turn right onto the road leading to Bujagali. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer, and you will arrive at the Bujagali Hydropower Plant. Nile Tubing Uganda is located nearby.
Bicycle
From central Jinja, rent a bicycle and head towards the Jinja - Kampala highway (A-109). Follow the same route as walking: ride north on Main Street, continue to the roundabout, and take the second exit onto the highway. Cycle along the highway for 1.5 kilometers. Turn right onto the road towards Bujagali and ride straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the Bujagali Hydropower Plant, where Nile Tubing Uganda is situated.
Boda Boda (Motorcycle Taxi)
Find a nearby boda boda stand in Jinja, and inform the rider that you want to go to Bujagali Hydropower Plant. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. The rider will take you along the Jinja - Kampala highway (A-109). Once you reach the Bujagali area, they will drop you off near the hydropower plant, from where Nile Tubing Uganda is within walking distance.
Public Transport (Matatu)
Head to the Matatu stage in Jinja, typically located near the main market or along Main Street. Look for a matatu headed towards Bujagali. Get on the matatu and pay the fare (usually a small amount). The journey will take around 20 minutes. Ask the conductor to drop you off at Bujagali. Once you get off, walk towards the Bujagali Hydropower Plant, and you will find Nile Tubing Uganda nearby.
