Walking
Starting from the Jinja Main Market, head east on Main Street towards the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Nile Avenue. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach a T-junction. Turn left onto Kamuli Road. Walk for another 500 meters and you will see the Uganda Railway Museum on your right.
Bicycle
From the Jinja Main Market, rent a bicycle and start heading east on Main Street. Follow the same route as walking, but cycling will take approximately 5 minutes. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Nile Avenue. Keep cycling straight for about 1 kilometer, then turn left onto Kamuli Road. Continue for another 500 meters, and the Uganda Railway Museum will be on your right.
Motorbike Taxi (Boda Boda)
Find a boda boda stand near Jinja Main Market. Inform the rider that you want to go to Uganda Railway Museum. They will take you directly to the museum. The journey typically takes about 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to negotiate the fare before starting your ride.
