Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in Jinja town, head towards the Nile River along Main Street. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Kimaka Road. Follow Kimaka Road for about 1 kilometer. You will see signs for 'Tubing the Nile' on your left. The entrance is just off Kimaka Road.

  • Bicycle

    Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Jinja town. Start at the main market and cycle along Main Street. Proceed to the roundabout and take the first exit onto Kimaka Road. Continue cycling straight for approximately 1 kilometer. Look for the signage directing you to 'Tubing the Nile' on your left, where you will find the entrance.

  • Local Motorcycle Taxi (Boda Boda)

    Find a boda boda station near your location in Jinja. Inform the driver that you want to go to 'Tubing the Nile' on Kimaka Road. The ride should take around 10 minutes depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off right at the entrance of the tubing facility, which is easily recognizable with its signage.

  • Public Transportation (Matatu)

    From Jinja town, locate the matatu stage (bus stop) and board a matatu heading towards Kamuli or Iganga. Ask the conductor to drop you off at the Kimaka bus stop. Once you get off, walk back along Kimaka Road for about 500 meters, and you will see 'Tubing the Nile' on your right.
