    If you are starting from Kampala City Centre, head west toward the main road. Look for signs directing you to Rubaga. Walk along Jinja Road until you reach the intersection with Rubaga Road. Turn left onto Rubaga Road and continue walking straight. You will pass several shops and local eateries along the way. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will see Rubaga Cathedral on your right, just next to the Constitutional Square and the Mabirizi Complex.

    Find a boda boda stand in Kampala City Centre. Tell the driver you want to go to Rubaga Cathedral. They will know the way. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Ask the driver to drop you off directly at the cathedral, which is located on Rubaga Road, next to the Constitutional Square and Mabirizi Complex.

  • Public Transport (Matatu)

    From Kampala City Centre, look for a matatu (shared taxi) heading to Rubaga. You can catch one from the taxi park. Once on board, inform the conductor that you would like to get off at Rubaga. The ride should take around 20-30 minutes. When you get off, you will be within walking distance to the cathedral.
