Getting there

Bicycle

Start from the center of Kampala, near the Uganda Museum. Head south on Kira Road until you reach the junction with Kampala Road. Turn left onto Kampala Road and continue straight. You will pass several shops and restaurants. Uganda House is located on your right-hand side, just before the junction with Jinja Road.

Walking

If you are starting from the Kampala Railway Station, exit the station and head west towards the main road. Turn right on the main road and walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see Uganda House on your left after passing the intersection with Jinja Road.

Public Transport (Boda Boda)

Find a nearby boda boda (motorcycle taxi) stand and tell the driver to take you to Uganda House on Kampala Road. It’s a well-known location, so drivers should know it. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.

Matatu (Public Minibus)

Locate a matatu station and take a matatu heading to Kampala Central. You will want to get off at the Kampala Road stop. From there, walk about 100 meters towards the east, and Uganda House will be on your right. Be sure to ask the conductor to alert you when you reach your stop.
