Car

If you are driving from Lango, head south towards Kampala via the Gulu-Kampala Highway (A-1). The journey is approximately 4-5 hours depending on traffic. Once you reach Kampala, follow signs for Rubaga Division. Take the Lubiri Ring Road, and you will find Kabaka's Palace located on the right side of the road, at The Twekobe. Make sure to park in designated areas nearby.

Public Transportation

To reach Kabaka's Palace using public transportation, you can take a bus or a taxi (matatu) from Lango to Kampala. Buses operate frequently from various bus terminals in Lango. Upon arrival at the Kampala bus terminal, you can take a taxi (boda boda) or a matatu to Rubaga Division. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Lubiri Ring Road. Kabaka's Palace is a short walk from there. Expect to pay approximately 10,000-20,000 UGX for the bus fare, and around 2,000-5,000 UGX for the taxi ride.

Boda Boda (Motorcycle Taxi)

If you're in the vicinity of Kabaka's Palace and prefer a quicker option, you can hire a boda boda. They are widely available in Kampala. Simply ask the rider to take you to The Twekobe, Lubiri Ring Road. The fare should range between 3,000-10,000 UGX, depending on the distance.
