Walking
Start at the Mbale Town Center. From the main roundabout, head east on Republic Street. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer, passing local shops and eateries along the way. After you reach the junction with Jinja Road, turn left. Walk for another 500 meters until you see a sign for Situmi on your right, near the intersection with Situmi Road. Follow Situmi Road for about 200 meters until you reach the hiking area at the coordinates 35HJ+9CC.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Mbale Town Center. Cycle east on Republic Street for approximately 1 kilometer. At the junction with Jinja Road, turn left and continue cycling for about 500 meters. Look for the Situmi sign on your right and turn onto Situmi Road. Continue for about 200 meters to arrive at the hiking area located at 35HJ+9CC.
Public Transport (Boda Boda)
Locate a boda boda stand in Mbale Town Center. Inform the driver that you want to go to Situmi. They will take you to the junction of Jinja Road. Once you reach the junction, ask the driver to drop you off at the Situmi sign. From there, walk about 200 meters down Situmi Road to reach the hiking area at 35HJ+9CC.
