Walking
From the center of Mbale, start at the Mbale Bus Station. Head east on Republic Street until you reach the junction with Naboa Road. Turn left onto Naboa Road and continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the Bungokho Road. Continue walking straight for approximately 3 kilometers. You will see signs for Wanale Ridge. Keep an eye out for local shops and landmarks for reference.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from a local rental shop in Mbale. Start at the Mbale Bus Station and head east along Republic Street. When you reach Naboa Road, turn left. Cycle along Naboa Road until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Bungokho Road. Continue cycling straight for about 3 kilometers. Look for directional signs to Wanale Ridge along the way.

Motorcycle Taxi (Boda Boda)
Find a motorcycle taxi (Boda Boda) at a designated stand, which are common throughout Mbale. Tell the driver you want to go to Wanale Ridge. They will take you via Republic Street, then left onto Naboa Road, and finally to Bungokho Road. The ride is approximately 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting the trip.
