If you are in the center of Mbarara, start at the Mbarara Bus Park. Head southeast on Main Street (A104) and walk towards the Mbarara Central Market. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Mbarara-Kabale Road. Turn left onto Mbarara-Kabale Road and walk for about 700 meters until you see the sign for Arena Gardens on your right side. The park is located at the coordinates 9MXQ+985, which is easily identifiable.

From Mbarara Town, rent a bicycle and head towards the Mbarara-Kabale Road. Begin at the Mbarara Bus Park and cycle southeast on Main Street until you reach the Central Market. From there, take a left onto Mbarara-Kabale Road. Continue cycling straight for about 700 meters. Look for the Arena Gardens sign on your right. The park is located at 9MXQ+985.
