Walking
If you're starting from the center of Mbarara, head south on Main Street towards the Mbarara Regional Referral Hospital. Once you reach the roundabout near the hospital, take the second exit onto the road leading to Kamukuzi. Continue walking for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with the sign for Ashiki and Imani Gardens. Turn left and walk another 300 meters until you see the entrance on your right.

From the Mbarara main market, rent a bicycle and head east on NRM Avenue. Ride straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto the road towards Kamukuzi. Continue riding for about 1 kilometer, then take a left turn at the junction with the sign for Ashiki and Imani Gardens. Cycle for another 300 meters, and the gardens will be on your right.

Find a nearby boda boda stage, which can be found in various locations around Mbarara. Tell the rider you want to go to Ashiki and Imani Gardens, located near Kamukuzi. The ride should take approximately 10 minutes depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off right at the entrance of the gardens.
