Car
From Queen Elizabeth National Park, drive south on the A104 towards Kasese town. Continue on A104 past Kasese town and then turn left onto the Bwamba Road towards Semuliki National Park. Follow the signs for Semuliki National Park until you reach the park entrance.

Take a taxi or bus from Queen Elizabeth National Park to Kasese town. From Kasese town, you can hire a boda-boda (motorcycle taxi) to take you to Semuliki National Park. Alternatively, you can take a matatu (shared minibus) that goes towards Semuliki National Park. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest point to the park entrance.
