From Teso, head towards Gulu. The drive is approximately 3-4 hours depending on traffic and road conditions. Follow the main road to Gulu, and as you approach Gulu, look for signs directing you towards Gulu - Patiko Rd. Once on Gulu - Patiko Rd, continue for about 12 kilometers until you see the signs for Fort Patiko.

Once in Gulu, you can take a local taxi (boda boda) or a shared taxi to Gulu - Patiko Rd.
