Car

If you're traveling by car from any location in Teso, start by heading towards the main highway that connects Teso to Kampala. Follow the signs leading you to the city center. Once you reach Kampala, navigate towards Speke Road. The Independence Monument is located at 8H8J+6M3, Speke Road. There are usually parking spaces available nearby, but be prepared to pay a small fee for parking, typically around 2,000-5,000 UGX.

Public Transportation (Matatu)

To reach the Independence Monument via public transportation, board a matatu (shared minibus) heading to Kampala from your location in Teso.
