Ensure your vehicle is equipped for rough terrain, as some sections of the road may be unpaved.

To reach the Kichubanyobo entrance gate via public transportation, take a matatu (shared minibus) from Masindi to the park entrance. The matatus typically leave from the main taxi park in Masindi. Once you arrive at the entrance, you may need to arrange for a local guide or taxi to take you to the Kichubanyobo entrance gate, which is approximately 5 kilometers from the main road. Always confirm the fare with the driver beforehand.
