Turn onto the road leading directly into Nakitoma. Follow the signs to Ziwa Rhino and Wildlife Ranch. The ranch is located just a few kilometers north of Nakitoma town. Ensure you have cash for any entry fees, which can be around 50,000 UGX per person.

For those using public transport, start by taking a matatu (shared taxi) from Lira to Nakitoma. The journey will take about 2-3 hours depending on traffic. Upon arrival in Nakitoma, you can hire a boda-boda (motorcycle taxi) to take you directly to Ziwa Rhino and Wildlife Ranch which is about 10 km away. Boda-boda rides usually cost around 10,000-15,000 UGX. Make sure to confirm the price before you start your journey.
