If you are traveling by car, start from the town of Fort Portal. Head east on the Fort Portal-Kamwenge Road (A109) for approximately 27 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the Rwenzori National Park road. Turn left onto this road and continue for about 15 kilometers, following the signs for the hot spring. The hot spring is located near the village of Kabarole, at the coordinates 0.8353596 latitude and 30.1656925 longitude. Be sure to have a GPS or a reliable map as some roads may not be well marked.

To reach The Female Hot Spring using public transportation, take a taxi (shared minibus) from Fort Portal to Kamwenge. Once you reach Kamwenge town, you will need to hire a motorcycle taxi (boda-boda) to take you to the hot spring. The boda-boda ride will cost approximately 10,000 to 15,000 Ugandan Shillings (about $3 to $4 USD) and will take around 30 minutes. Make sure to give the rider the coordinates (0.8353596, 30.1656925) to ensure they take you to the correct location.
