From any city in the Black Sea region, head towards the city of Kherson. If you're coming from Odesa, take the M14 highway heading towards Mykolaiv, and then switch to the H24 road towards Kherson. Once in Kherson, follow local signs to get on the T2201 road towards Oleshky. Continue on T2201 for approximately 30 km until you reach Oleshky Sands National Park. Be aware that parking may not be available directly at the sands, so be prepared to park in a designated area nearby and walk to the sands.

From Odesa or Mykolaiv, take a bus to Kherson. Buses leave regularly from the central bus station. Once you arrive at the Kherson bus station, find a local minibus (marshrutka) headed towards Oleshky. These minibuses are frequent and will take you directly to the Oleshky area. The cost for the bus from Odesa to Kherson is around 200-300 UAH, and the minibus fare is approximately 30 UAH. Make sure to ask the driver to let you know when you reach Oleshky Sands.

For a more convenient option, consider using a taxi or ride-sharing app from Kherson. After arriving in Kherson by bus, you can easily call a taxi to take you directly to Oleshky Sands. This option will cost more, typically around 500-700 UAH, but it saves time and provides door-to-door service.
